We require Trainers for our IELTS Centre where different batches will be conducted to help students, gain good bands in IELTS Examinations.

We are looking for HEAD IELTS TRAINER / IELTS TRAINER for our Malout Branch.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The post holder will be involved in preparing the IELTS teaching program, lectures and exams and providing the correct Guidance and feedback to the students to enhance their English. The ideal candidate should have a h3 interest in teaching the students, must be highly motivated result orientated to develop the career of the students.

  • Teaching IELTS including spoken English to the students.
  • Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program.
  • Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the student.
  • Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
  • Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
  • Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
  • Qualifications and Skills.
  • Graduation or Post Graduation preferably in English.
  • Experience in the IELTS field is preferred.
  • Should be well versed in the subject knowledge.
  • Teaching certificate is preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
  • Presentation and Teaching Skills.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
  • Flexibility over working hours.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
  • Check, sort, and forward emails.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs.
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, event arrangements, etc.)
  • Follow-up of Pre-Qualified Clients.
  • Convince clients of the Assessment
  • Book Appointments of clients for BDM post-assessment.
  • Need to make or receive a minimum of 30-40 calls/day through various platforms with the desirable outcomes.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
  • Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical
  • insurance
  • Monitoring the office boy and walking customer.
  • Keep a record of the walking customer.
  • Maintain the attendance records for the office and submit them at the end of the month to the HR Department.
  • Preparation of events or festivals celebration.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
